Sketch & Visualize
Once the quotation is approved, we officially begin the design phase. We translate the shared vision into initial sketches, exploring various shapes and symbols to capture your brand's essence. Revision
Based on your feedback from the initial presentation, we will begin the process of fine-tuning the logo. We will work closely with you through a series of revisions to ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your brand's vision. This is a highly collaborative phase that involves frequent communication to polish every element until it is ready for final delivery.
Delivery & Payment
At last, your design is set! We will finalize the artwork to ensure all data is ready for professional use. Upon confirmation of your final payment, we will send you the complete logo package electronically. This includes various file formats optimized for both print and digital media, such as business cards or social media profiles. Yes, you can. We usually prepare versions suitable for both light and dark backgrounds to maintain balance and clarity. Depending on the design, we may also include simplified or alternative layouts such as vertical or horizontal options to ensure flexible use across different media.
This depends on the plan you choose. The main difference between plans is the number of design proposals prepared. Having more design options naturally requires more development time. As a guide, a single logo usually takes about 10 days. Preparing two or three options generally takes around 2 to 3 weeks. If you have an urgent request, please ask us. There is a small express fee, but we can often support faster delivery when our schedule allows.
We usually do not show the early sketches because they are rough and unrefined. During the initial stage, ideas can look messy and unfinished, and showing them may cause confusion. Once the concept is shaped, polished and ready to be reviewed properly, we present it in a clear and professional format. This allows you to focus on what matters most without being distracted by the creative process happening behind the scenes.

Even without meeting face-to-face, we ensure a smooth production process and build trust through careful communication, including real-time design reviews via screen sharing. Many clients have praised this approach, telling us they were able to “proceed with the project with complete peace of mind.”
Please feel free to ask. We can prepare tailor made plans for you. If you have multiple design requests at the same time, we often provide a combined quotation which makes each item more cost effective. Even if you already have a logo made elsewhere, we can help improve it or create matching materials such as business cards, stationery or websites. We are flexible and always happy to discuss your ideas.
Revisions cover minor adjustments such as colour changes, spacing and layout balance. Full redesigns or new concept creation are not included. If you require a new concept, we can prepare an updated quotation.
We save your final logo files on our local storage, but long term safety cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, we recommend keeping your logo in several safe locations once you receive it. If we still have the file, we are happy to resend it. If the data has been removed or becomes unavailable, we may need to recreate the files and will provide a quotation if required.
Full copyright ownership is transferred to you immediately once the final payment is settled. After that, the logo is fully yours to use for your business. However, please note that this transfer is subject to the standard understanding that we retain the right to display the finished design in our professional portfolio (website, social media, etc.) as a record of our work.
We do not provide trademark registration services. If you would like to register your logo as a trademark, we recommend speaking with a legal professional who specialises in intellectual property or trademark applications. We can prepare the final design files needed for the process, but the legal registration itself must be handled by a qualified expert.
We usually provide the essential files required for professional use such as AI, PDF, PNG and JPEG. These cover both print and digital needs. If you require any additional formats, please let us know and we can prepare them.
