Work Flow from first contact to product delivery
- At first, please contact us by using the online inqury form available at the contact page in this website. We welcome any questions that you might have about our logo design service. After that, if you are happy, you should choose the logo design plan that suits your needs.
- We would really like to visit your office to meet you face to face and discuss the creation of your company's logo however our designer is currently located in Brisbane Australia, so we can keep in touch by emails and phonecalls. Please talk to us about your ideas for the logo - for example, what it should look like, the target of your company in 5 or 10 years, your company philosophy, what you thought when you started your business, and so on!
- After we have a design meeting, we will visualize the logo concept based on your requests, sketching many brief prototypes for your company logo mark. Then we will carefully select the mark that best represents your company image and proceed to draw it on the computer.
- At this stage we will have the first presentation of your logo design along with an explanation of its concept. Depending on the plan you chose, there might be more than one images presented, in which case we will ask you to choose the one which you think best represents your company image.
- Based on your feedback from the logo presentation, we will revise the design, and then submit the final logo to you.
Although it depends on your logo plan, the process basically goes foward and backward between stages "4" and "5" until you are satisfied. 
- At last your logo is decided! We will finalize the logo design to make sure the data is ready to be used. It is then usually sent as an attachment by email. At the same time, we will send you an invoice, and after we confirm your payment, the copyright of the logo will be attributed to you.
