“We want the site that gives joy and healing to people who visit our website”. Upon this request from the client, a pet shop that has 6 shops in Sapporo, Japan, we worked together for the website renewal which was vital to successfully complete the project. This renewal took 6 months, and now the site offers users an experience where they feel that the latest information is always available.
From the information of what dogs are available in the shops, to web cameras that let owners view their pets in the pet-hotel, along with new upcoming events information and staff blogs from each shop, this website offers a lot of functionality. In the online web shop, it introduces a membership system where customers can get points they can use as a cash within the shop. The points are calculated from their shopping, and are determined by how much they spend on products.
